This is a transformational retreat designed for both new and experienced yoga practitioners, breathwork students, and spiritual seekers. The schedule balances movement, stillness, and energy work with time for rest and reflection. No advanced experience is required—just an open mind and willingness to explore.

Practice Environment
Your retreat will take place in a coastal or highland wellness sanctuary, carefully selected for peace, nature immersion, and comfort. Daily sessions are held in open-air pavilions, quiet halls, or outdoor nature spots depending on weather.

Breathwork & Yoga Themes
Each day integrates yoga and specific pranayama (breathing) techniques such as Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Brahmari, and Shitali, along with mantra, sound healing, and Yoga Nidra. Breathwork is introduced gently and deepens over the 10 days.

Wellness Add-Ons & Optional Sessions
Guests may book Ayurvedic consultations, massages, or emotional release sessions during free time. Let us know in advance if you wish to include one-on-one breath coaching, silent reflection periods, or journaling support.

Digital Detox & Silence Practices
This retreat encourages reduced screen time to enhance presence. A guided silent practice (1 full day or optional partial silence) will be introduced mid-retreat to deepen inner listening.

Enjoy nourishing plant-based meals with herbal teas and optional detox-friendly additions. All meals are freshly prepared and aligned with Ayurvedic wisdom. Dietary preferences can be accommodated with prior notice.
