This is a silent retreat designed for deep introspection, healing, and spiritual clarity. Silence begins after dinner on Day 1 and continues through Day 6. Non-verbal communication (writing/journaling) is encouraged for self-reflection. The final evening offers optional sharing.

The retreat is hosted in forest, hilltop, or nature-based sanctuaries known for quietude. Rooms are simple, clean, and private, supporting contemplation and rest. Shared spaces are designed to remain serene and screen-free.
Practice & Daily Flow
Each day follows a rhythm of gentle yoga, guided meditation, mindful walking, and Ayurvedic meals. All sessions are guided with compassion and designed for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
